Community Board 3 Parks Committee will host a Parks Without Borders visioning session. Members of the community are invited to attend and to contribute their ideas to a plan for Seward Park. The goals of Parks Without Borders are to make parks more accessible and welcoming to everyone; to improve neighborhoods by extending the beauty of the park
